The NanoToxdb is a comprehensive database on nanomaterials toxicity informations
of Daphnia magna with different test duration were collected from the peer reviewed scientific papers. We have designed and included computational models (three dimensional structures) of all the nanomaterials included in the database along with their physicochemical properties.
Various parameters included in the database are Total Molecular Mass, Atom Count, Molecular Area, Molecular Volume, Molecular Density, Size, EC50 Value and Test Duration. |
