CSIR-IITR Alumni Association

CSIR- IITR Alumni Association is to maintain a life-long relationship between the institute and its alumni. The Association is dedicated to bring together the alumni community on a common platform to facilitate professional and personal interaction among them.

Aims and Vision

CSIR-IITR Alumni Association shall serve as a reliable networking platform for the present scientific community and the former students of the institute. Alumni are knowledgeable and motivational capital for CSIR-IITR and their engagement is vital to shape the institute's academic, research, technological, and professional excellence.

Objectives

To encourage, foster and promote interaction among the members
To serve as a link between the members of the Alumni Association and their Alma Mater.
To organise welfare services for its members, students and humanity so far.
To provide a forum for the Alumni for exchange of ideas on academic, cultural and social issues by conducting seminars/ conferences/ workshops/ endowment lectures and other activities.
To coordinate reunion activities of the Alumni
To felicitate alumni for their remarkable achievements in the field of research and technology development.
To mobilise and generate resources and funds to carry out the objective of the association, accept gifts and donation of both movable and immovable assets.
To bring out magazines, souvenirs and newsletters highlighting the activities of the Institute and its Alumni
