Analysis of seed macromolecules of Leucaena Leucoceophala( Subabool) and Soybean verities to assess the changes in metabolomic profile and assessment of environmental pollution impact. These metabolomic profile were analyzed by chemical & instrumentational methods such as Amino acid profile by High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Fatty acid profile by Gas Liquid Chromatography, Carbohydrates by Spectrophotometer and also by conventional chemical methods.

Method development and analysis of environmental pollutants using fast, precise, accurate, sensitive, environment friendly extraction technique such as SPME, SFOD (solidification of floating organic droplet) and LLME for different POP’s like Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, nitro PAHs and its metabolite in different matrices; Pesticides of different classes in blood, tissue, food , water and soil; Phthalates in biological samples, water and tea; PCBs in water; Antibiotics in water, river water, and waste water; Dyes in cloths and textile effluents; Phenols, Pyridine and Chlorophenols in water, soil and effluent; BTX and acetates in air and blood; Phytochelatins in plants; Fatty acid, Amino acids in plant and biological samples. Heavy metals in environment and biological samples using LC-MS-MS, GC-MS, HPLC, AAS & GLC.
